Music: who are they?

I was researching on one music band which consists of mainly foreigners with just one khmer singer and she is inside the photo below.

Anyone care to guess who are they and what is the name of the band?

Hints: Usually the songs they perform are by Ros Sereysothear.

I went to see them performing live once in Lowell. They were so cool! The whole audience, Khmers and Americans, went crazy ‘cos of them.
