CSA is officially affiliated
We have finally and officially affilated our club and society named: Cambodian Student Association on 20th August 2008.
The idea of creation this association has been around since the first arrival of our Khmer scholars here. Due to some reason, the plan was never been made. It is only during March/April 2008 that bang Sophearin Chea reignited the desire to really officially create the Association. After talking to some representatives of the ANU on the pre-requisite requirement, on 25th April 2008 we called our first meeting where our president, treasurer and a secretary were elected for the academic year 2008/2009. The association also would not exist without an insightful thought from the alumni who have just left namely: Mr. Chantha Kong and Mr. Sonthor Prum. Furthermore, the first constitution has received extensive feedback from those who were presented during our first General Meeting.
After some challenging period of time, we have officially affilate our community on 5th August 2008.
